PTFE has many applications and in particular it can be used to produce various types of technical articles, the most important being:

TEFLON COATED GLASS FIBER FABRIC
As the name suggests, it is a glass fiber fabric impregnated with PTFE. There are various types that differ in the percentage of PTFE, surface finish, etc. The version we have available is the one for industrial use in the Adhesive and Non-Adhesive variants. These fabrics are mainly used both as insulators (both from heat and chemical agents), and as non-stick and slip coatings.

APPLICATION EXAMPLES:
They are used in industry in heat-shrinking ovens, for sealing stoppers, films and plastic packaging. Thanks to their release power they are also used in the food industry. The adhesive versions can be used for the lining of the cylinders used by the textile or paper industries.
ROLLS for threads
The PTFE rolls are made with 100% pure non-sintered PTFE. They are used wrapped around the threads to ensure a perfect long lasting seal; in fact these tapes do not harden over time and prevent the fittings and bolts from seizing. High density HD rolls are also available upon request.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES:
In the assembly of compressed air fittings or in the hydraulic sector.

NON-SINTERED PTFE BRAID
Non-sintered PTFE usually appears as a Braid composed of the intertwining of pure non-sintered PTFE ribbons. It is resistant to chemical attacks, high and low pressures. Its elasticity allows perfect adhesion to the valve stem, thus ensuring total sealing.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES:
In the pharmaceutical and chemical industry; to make valves, mixers; with chemicals and solvents.
